Alaska: Statute 14.33.200 requires the Department of Education to provide a model policy for harassment, intimidation and bullying to school districts. Based on this, districts are required to adopt a policy on harassment, intimidation and bullying by July 1, 2007 and share the policy with parents or guardians, students, volunteers and school employees.
